The Stable Door Counselling Service - Robyn provides trauma-informed, person-centred counselling, with an off-site option for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy where appropriate. Counselling sessions address personal issues by focusing on emotional regulation, self-awareness, identifying and establishing personal boundaries, developing resilience to achieve personal growth in a supportive environment.
