Dr Deborah Cook finds country life gives her more time for the things that matter to her, like keeping fit, socialising with friends and family, while working in a supportive and well-integrated medical practice. She has been a valued part of the Mansfield Medical Clinic since 1995.

Debbie is interested in how our lifestyle choices determine our health and the course of chronic illness. The quality of our diet and nutrition, sleep and exercise and the care of our mental health matter. All roads to recovery involve these foundations if you are serious about health.

Debbie also practises regular medicine, diagnosing, prescribing, counselling and sometimes referring for the folk with more pressing needs.
